
Eating healthy food is very important for your health because it helps you to have less illnesses.
Everyday there are more overweight people because of bad eating habits, most of all children, because they eat too many hamburgers, chips and drink soft drinks with addatives.
Moreover, nowadays, more and more people work sitting down (secretaries, students etc.) and so if we don’t do exercices and eat healthy food (fruit, vegetables and fish) then we won’t be healthy.
Perhaps there are people who don’t put on weight and they look well, but maybe they don’t have a healthy diet.
People who don’t do sport and don’t have a healthy diet, normally have health problems like colesterol or heart problems.
So, doctors and others experts recommend them to do sport and eat healthy food.
