"At your age"

M -Hello! Our mine topic today in our radio programme it's “At your age". Aida! Who are you?

A -Hi! Fine thanks.

M -Ok, The first question is for you:

M. What is the best age? Why?

A· For me the best age is eighteen, because you become independent, you can drive a car, and you finish school and go to university. There you can live with your friends.

A. What are the things that you like and dislike about your age?

M· At my age I can go to some discos and go to parties. I can drive a motorbike.

But I can't go to a lot of discos, I can't be independent, I can't drive a car and my parents control me a lot, because they think that I do bad things when I go out.

M. What are the good and bad things about getting older?

A· There are good things about getting older. For example, when you become older you do a lot of things: work, buy a car and a house, you have children and a husband,...

But there are bad things too. For example, you pay you bills, and work for to support your family. However when you stay at home with your parents they do everything for you: make food, wash your clothes, clean the house and they buy you everything you need.

A. What were you like as a child?

M· As a child, I used to be a happy person, because I didn't know about problems.

I spent all day playing with dolls and puzzles.

M. How do you want to be as an adult?

A· As an adult, I want to have children, I want to buy a very big house with a swimming pool and I want to be a teacher.

I want to buy a lot of clothes, shoes, make-up and go to the gym.
