Reflection (O.P)
In my first presentation I was very nervous but now, in my second oral presentation, I and Aida were more relaxed.
I think that I looked at my audience all the time but I didn’t make movements that held the attention of my classmates.
The stucture of our presentation, was good in my opinion because everything was organized and the content was essential.
Maybe, the people in class weren’t interesed in Canada, but for me it’s an interesting country.
In my opinion, the worst part was the places to visit or the music beacuse we didn’t explain anything about them, and we didn’t use a lot of sentence linkers and pause fillers.
Finally, I think that my oral presentation was quite well.
I hope taht I’ll improve the next time.

Geographical Situation
Canada is the second biggest country in the World. It’s an independent country. It occupies nearly half of the territory of North America, sharing the border of USA to the south anmd to the north east.
Canada is made up of ten provinces and three territories.
The capital is Ottawa.
Customes
1. They are punctual.
2.They call the waiter by putting up their hand and they give tips.
3.They greet by shaking hands and they don’t usually hugg or kiss to greet.
4.They respect the rules of the road.
5.They usually dress more formally than the americans but less than the europeans.
6.Their favourite sport is hockey and if it is played in the street it is called “road hockey”.
A symbol of Canadian identity
The official ceremony inaugurating the new Canadian flag was held on Parliament Hill in Ottawa on February 15, 1965.
The Canadian Red Ensign, bearing the Union Jack was lowered and their new maple leaf flag was raised.
The flag is the symbol of the nation's unity.
Food
-Canadians eat a lot of beef and chicken and some lamb. Other meats such as bison (buffalo) is fairly easy to find.
-Canadians love to barbeque their meat. Canadians barbeque their food even when there is snow on the ground and the temperature is as low as
Drinks
-Canadians drink a lot of carbonated (fizzy) soft drinks, referred to in Canada as 'pop' or 'soda', such as cola and orange.
-Generally these are cheap, especially the larger sizes.

FRANKENSTEIN
The question that was explained it’s a very interesting question, but it’s dificult to comment this because the answer depends on the religion and the culture. For example: In Spain it’s usual to bury the dead people and have a ceremony in a church, but other people, do very different ceremonies and they have a very different meaning of death.
There are different religions and people bury their dead in different ways.
There are some people who donate their dead body to science because they want the scientists to analize them and maybe discover a new medicine or illness.
In my opinion, in the experiments with humans lives there are good and bad points:
On the one hand, I think that there are some good points, for example: by experimenting we can discover how to cure illnesses such as cancer, aids, tumors... All this is possible because there are people who donate their bodies to science, but another reason that makes us believe that there are no limits is that there are new technologies and machinery.
But on the other hand, I think that there are some bad points because nowadays, technologies and medicines aren’t sufficently developed.
Moreover in my opinion, scientists don’t know everything, everyday they discover new things.
Finally, my personal opinion is that, of course, there are some limits in the human bodies, because we will never know everything, so I think that it’s difficult. And yes, there are limits.
But it’s also true that maybe, someday technology will develop even more and perhaps there won’t be limits.
Drugs..
In my opinion there are different types of drug addicts:
-The first type is a person who starts to consume drugs because his friends are drug addicts. -The other kind are people who consume drugs because they have a lot of problems at work, with their family or their partner.
-Finally the last type, are people who have a lot of money or their family have money and, they want to try drugs.
And there are some different types of drugs too. For example: Nootropics, (smart drugs) are used to improve memory, concentration, learning and many other things; Spiritual and religious drugs, some religions are based completely on the use of certain drugs. These are deliriants, but some are also stimulants and the recreational drugs are use for the people that want to have fun.
Drugs, can be administered in a number of ways: orally, as a liquid or solid, that is absorbed through the stomach; sublingually, diffusing into the blood; inhaled, as a vapor; injected, as a liquid; rectally, as a suppository; vaginally, as a suppository; bolus, a substance into the stomach to dissolve slowly and by insufflation.
So, I want to do this essay because everybody knows that nowadays drugs are frecuent in our society.

So, hi Lily, you are one of the youngest models on the catwalk. What was your first impression when you started this job?
LILY: At the beginning I was really scared and nervous because I was very young and there were a lot of professional people, but then after a few photo shots and catwalks I felt better with they, because them were very nice to me.
INTERVIEWER: And you Gisele, you are one of the most profitable models, you are in the Guiness World Records book. How did you get it?
GISELE: Well...I was born in a poor family in Brasil and one day a model hunter found me in McDonalds buying a burger when I was fourteen. He told me that I had to be a model in his company.
Now, I'm working with the great Donatella Versace.
INTERVIEWER: Yeah great thank you Gisele. Now to you Donatella. Today you're showing your new clothes collection for summer. Where did you get you're inspiration from?
DONATELLA: Well, at first Hello! My collection this year is one of the most glamorous because I got my inspiration from old films like Marilyn films.
Everything in my collection is sophisticated and all the clothes are made with the highest quality.
INTERVIEWER: Thank you Donatella! That's fantastic.
Gisele, what do you think about Donatella's collection? Do you like dressing in this collection?
GISELE: I think that it's very different from other collections of this summer but it's a very special collection too. I love to wearing this collection because for me it's very original.
Donatella's clothes are like a dream.
INTERVIEWER: Great! I agree with you.
So...Lily do you think that one day you'll be working with Donatella? Would you fancy it?
LILY: Oh yes! I would love to. It would be one of my dreams because Donatella is very professional and she works with the best people.
Her collections are amazing and if I could work with her I would be famous around the world.
INTERVIEWER: Oh, how interesting! What do you think about Lily? Could she work with you? Does the type of clothes suit to her?
DONATELLA: Mmmm...She has already started to work in that world. So, it's too soon to know it. But she's very beautiful and she wants to work. So it could be. I saw her on some catwalks and she's fine.
INTERVIEWER: Well, thanks very much to everybody.

CarnivaL!!
My friends and I dressed as painters. The first impression of our dress was quite bad because we thought that people wouldn’t agree with us.
But after, when we arranged to meet some friends, we looked good!
The worst thing about this Carnival was that we didn’t have a float to take drinks or food and to listen to the music that we wanted.
I went to Roses, St.Pere Pescador, Empuriabrava and Castelló, these are towns, that are near mine.
Secondly, I want to talk about the other Carnival festivals different from ours, for example, the Carnival of Venice.
The Carnival of Venice started in the 17 century, when nobility mask theirselves and they mingled with the population. They always wore masks.
My next holiday.. =)
On Christmas Day, I know that I’ll go on Holiday because I read an article in the newspaper. In this article it said that my parents, their friends and I would go to Greece!
My parents chose this country because they know that I have wanted to go to Greece for a few years. So I am very happy!
The places that I want to visit are these:
-The Acropolis (Athens):
It is a scared temple of the Godess of Athens who protects the city.
-Myconos:
It is the most famous island in Greece. In Myconos there are fantastic beaches, a lot of parties and shops.
-Santorini:
There are some beautiful views.
-Mycenae:
It’s in the mountain and in here there are the Portich Lions.
-Melissani:
It’s a subterranean cave with salted water and the colour of the water changes depending on the sun shine.
But the places that I want to visit the most are the beaches. I chose these because some people have told me that they are incredible:
- Sarakiniko
- Myrtos
I hope that my trip will be very good and that I will like it a lot.

In Andorra most establishments open seven days a week. Moreover there are hundreds of stores all over prices are very competitive.
However, real savings can be had on spirits and tobaco.
On perfumes, for example there can be savings of about 12%.
There are good deals on some electrical items, including digital cameras, and other products like sport equipment and musical instruments.
Designer fashions instance Via Moda, which has a dozen or so branches and stocks names like Dolce & Gabbana, DKNY, Ralph Lauren and MaxMara.

Film,,*
This film is about a man and a woman who hate each other because of their businesses, but they don’t know that speak to each other every day by mail.
At the end of the film they discover that they love each other and start a relation ship.
I know that this film is quite old and now there are films that are be
tter, but for me “You’ve got mail” represents and expresses a lot of different emotions:
-People who don’t like each other or don’t know each other, finally fall in love.
-The importance and influence of internet on the lives of people.
-Destiny, beacuse both characters wish they were the people on the mail at the end of the film.
So, this film is one of the most interesting and beautiful films that I have ever seen because it’s a romanthic comedy, and I love these kinds of films.
